A booking is confirmed once the Client has:
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date. No set up will take place unless full payment has been received.
All prices are quoted in £’s and are subject to availability and seasonable pricing
Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing.
If the Client cancels the event.
If we need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, accident, extreme weather, supplier failure) we will refund any payments made excluding costs already incurred.
Flowers and balloons are subject to availability.
The Client is responsible for ensuring:
Any hire items (arches, stands, plinths, backdrops, vases, bases etc) remain our property
Collection time will be agreed prior to the event.
Balloons and floral installations must not be moved, climbed on, or tampered with.
We accept no responsibility for injury caused by misuse of installation.
Outdoor events are booked at the Clients risk.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
No refunds are given for weather – related damage once set-up has been completed.
We reserve the right to photograph our work and use images for:

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control including fire, flood, accident, illness, pandemic or government restrictions.
