Terms and conditions

A booking is confirmed once the Client has:

• · Accepted the quotation in writing.
• · Paid the non-refundable booking fee - 30% of total quote. 

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date. No set up will take place unless full payment has been received.

All prices are quoted in £’s and are subject to availability and seasonable pricing 

Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing.

• · Minor changes (colour tweaks, small quantity changes) may be accepted up to 7 days before the event.
• · Major changes (design, size, location, date) may require a new quote and are subject to availability.

If the Client cancels the event. 

• · The booking fee is non-refundable.
• · Cancellations within 7 days of the event will require full payment.

If we need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, accident, extreme weather, supplier failure) we will refund any payments made excluding costs already incurred.

Flowers and balloons are subject to availability.

• · We reserve the right to substitute with similar colours, styles and value if specific items are unavailable, but will confer with client before doing this.
• · Natural variations in the flowers (colour, size, shape) are part of their beauty and not considered faults.

The Client is responsible for ensuring:

• · Access is available at the agreed time.
• · The venue is ready for installation.
• · Parking/loading access is provided.
• · Delays caused by lack of access may result in reduced set-up time and no refund.

Any hire items (arches, stands, plinths, backdrops, vases, bases etc) remain our property

• · The Client is responsible for the loss or damage to hire items while on site.
• · Replacement costs will be charged if items are returned damaged or not returned. 

Collection time will be agreed prior to the event.

• · The Client must ensure access for collection.
• · If items cannot be collected due to venue restrictions or client delay, additional fees may apply. 

Balloons and floral installations must not be moved, climbed on, or tampered with.

We accept no responsibility for injury caused by misuse of installation.

Outdoor events are booked at the Clients risk.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• · Wind
• · Rain
• · Heat
• · Direct sunlight

No refunds are given for weather – related damage once set-up has been completed.

We reserve the right to photograph our work and use images for:

• · Website
• · Social media
• · Advertising
• · Portfolio

(unless the Client requests otherwise in writing)

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control including fire, flood, accident, illness, pandemic or government restrictions.
